By accessing our website, you agree to legally bind by all of our terms and conditions. If you do not agree to legally bind by our terms then please do not use any of our services and leave immediately. We may change these at any time and do our utmost to inform you, though it is recommended for you to review this regularly yourself as your continued usage. These terms may be updated and or amended regularly with or without notice.
You agree not to post any abusive, obscene, vulgar, slanderous, hateful, threatening and sexually-orientated or any other material that may violate any laws be it of United Kingdom, your country or International Law.
Doing so may lead you to being immediately and permanently banned, with notification of your Internet Service Provider if deemed required by us. The IP addresses of all users are recorded to aid in enforcing these conditions. You agree that we have the right to remove, edit, move or close any topic at any time should we see fit. As a user you agree to any information you have entered to being stored in a database even after you are no longer a user of our website or have been banned. While this information will not be disclosed to any third party without your consent we shall not be held responsible for any hacking attempt that may lead to the data being compromised.
Historically we have not actively policed the number of profiles held by individual service users, though we have always discouraged multiple identities as there has been no perceived legitimate reason for them.
This changed on the 21st February 2012.
From that date each user will only be allowed to hold one profile, i.e. a single identity. The reason for the change is to help to prevent deceptive or sinister behaviour. Already it is not permitted to hold multiple profiles that contain different data about age, location, gender etc. This change extends this exclusion to all service users. Service users who already hold more than one profile should notify us so we can delete all but the one that you wish to keep.
Where it is discovered that users are actively using more than one profile, sanctions may be taken against all (or all but one) of the profiles held. For existing service users it is not permitted in any circumstances to create a 2nd profile on or after the implementation date. Such creation will result in indefinite suspension of all profiles discovered. If you have had multiple profiles in the past, but do not remember the usernames and do not use them anymore, please notify use so we can delete them.
